Blaine

President & Founder

Blaine is the Founder and President of Merit IT LLC and brings over 25 years of experience in providing essential technology support services to small businesses and non-profits. His strong work ethic and commitment to delivering the best possible solutions for his clients allowed him to work his way up from supporting end-user systems to designing, implementing, and supporting complex networks for clients.

Blaine is passionate about technology and dedicated to providing excellent customer service, which led him to establish Merit IT LLC. Under Blaine's leadership, Merit IT LLC has quickly become a trusted technology partner for clients, delivering exceptional customer service and utilizing the latest tools and strategies to solve complex technology challenges.

Outside of work, Blaine enjoys spending time with his wife Tiffany, and their three kids, Landon, Declan, and Finley.

Kevin

CTO

Kevin is an accomplished technology professional currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Merit IT LLC. He brings over 25 years of expertise in steering technology and outcomes for businesses.

His passion lies in driving technical innovation through software, ensuring top-tier security, and empowering teams to achieve their best potential. He has overseen complex projects including multiple company-wide ERP migrations, the adoption of Agile methodologies, service delivery overhauls, and continues to work with business units to drive value through custom software solutions.

Kevin holds a Masters of Science in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from Western Governors University and a Bachelors of Science from the Pennsylvania College of Technology. He holds industry certifications including CCNP, CCDA, GPEN, and GSEC, and has served on several local non-profit boards.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Kevin enjoys spending time with his wife, two kids, reading books and hiking in national parks.
